PRUNING REMOVAL

Pruning is the process of cutting a tree or shrub. Done carefully and correctly, the pruning can increase the yield of the fruit, being an agricultural common practice.

In forest production it's used to obtain more straight boles and with fewer ramifications, therefore of major quality.

In urban wooded its utility is, on the one hand, to prevent the risk of fall of branches, and for other on controlling the size of trees which location doesn't allow its complete development.

We are regulated to do the pruning removal, and to be able to certify that a suitable treatment is given to the remains of that pruning. With the pruning removal we're recycling and simultaneously we're giving a service to the client, benefiting the environment.

CRANE WITH BIVALVE

The bivalve is an useful accessory of the crane to load and unload lands and other many materials, and to withdraw prunings.

The specific elements of the clamshell bucket are the boom, the grapple bucket and the various suspension cables and bucket maneuver.

The boom has two pulleys or two hoists at its end, one for each of the planned operations. The maximum opening angle must be such that the bucket does not collide with the boom.

The press bucket is made up of two jaws, the edge of which can be smooth or have interchangeable teeth. They can be activated by cables, having simple or double suspension buckets, or hydraulically, by means of cylinders mounted on their frame.
